When is my rent due?

Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 5th.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can submit rent payments using a credit card , debit card , bank info via Appfolio. We accept personal checks or cash. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks which is how a good percentage of our tenants pay.

What happens when my lease is up?

Accepted Answer

You are required to give us 60 days’ notice to Vacate. Our office will contact you 90-120 days before your lease expiration and will send you Renewal Letter if applicable.
